Here Not Anywhere, 2016

A four month long project focused on understanding how representations of landscape in art affect the way we perceive and use the surrounding physical environment. The paintings were made en plein air, using a specially equipped bicycle trailer, which housed an easel and painting materials. These paintings reflect my subjective and multi-sensory interpretations of the surrounding landscape in Sackville, New Brunswick.

This work was a result of a summer long Independent Creative Research Grant at Mount Allison University.
